Returns & Exchange Policy

At Dhaga, we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so at any of our retail stores within 7 days of delivery. Please note the following conditions for an exchange:

• The product must be unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging.

• The original invoice must be provided.

• Sale items cannot be exchanged.

• Due to variations in screen resolutions and lighting used in photoshoots, minor color or texture differences are not eligible for exchange.

• We only offer exchanges if you receive a defective or incorrect product.

To request an exchange for a defective or incorrect item, please email wecare@dhaga.com.pk with clear images of the product or call us at +43 678 9070379144 within 3 days of delivery. Upon review, an online voucher of the same value will be issued.

Refund Policy

We maintain a No Refund Policy. However, in rare cases where a product is out of stock, a refund may be issued.

• Refunds will be processed to the same credit card used for the original purchase.

• Only the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes will be refunded; shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

• Please allow 7 days for return processing and up to two billing cycles for the credit to reflect on your statement.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order anytime before it is processed. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, and the Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

Dhaga reserves the right to cancel orders due to reasons including, but not limited to:

• Out-of-stock items

• Pricing errors

• Payment issues (e.g., declined transactions)
